Our kindergarteners wrapped up their economics unit in the best way, by putting their learning into action! 💰

Over the past few weeks, students have been learning about needs and wants, as well as earning and spending money. Through hard work in the classroom, they earned their own “money” and had the opportunity to shop at our K Store! 🛍️

This hands-on experience helped them practice making choices, understanding the value of money, and seeing how effort connects to rewards. We are so proud of their learning and responsibility!

The Fulda High School Band and Choir attended the 2026 MSHSL Sub-Section 10 of Section 3A Large Group Music Contest at Luverne High School on Tuesday, March 17th. The band members and singers performed music for the judges, got feedback and ratings, and got to listen to bands and choirs from other schools perform as well. The FHS Band got 3rd place out of 8 bands, and a superior rating! Scores were VERY close, with the top four bands all within 3 points out of 120 possible. The FHS Choir took 5th place out of 10 choirs, and an excellent rating. Great job, FHS student musicians!

Yesterday the Seniors attended a 'Reality Check' event at MCC. Students were randomly assigned a career, income, and family situation, then challenged to navigate real-life monthly expenses. They quickly saw how decisions impact what’s left at the end of the month.

This hands on activity gave them a glimpse into what adulthood can look like and encouraged them to think ahead, plan wisely, and consider the financial realities that come with different life paths.
